| * The above rates are inclusive of all Florida state & local taxes (currently 11%).
* A deposit of £150 ($240) is required to secure your booking.
* The balance payment is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away full payment will be required to secure your dates.
* Prices for bookings of less than one week (7 nights) are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
* A cleaning charge of £50 ($85) will be made for bookings of less than 7 nights.
* Payment accepted in UK Sterling cheque, US Dollar Check or Money order (UK Sterling or US Dollars).
* Payment may be made by debit or credit card in US Dollars. All debit and credit cards payment subject to 3% charge.
